About the Founder
Brian Kostantin is a strategic marketing and growth leader with over 15 years of experience guiding organizations through digital transformations, revenue growth, and operational renewal.
Before founding Silverbranch Praxis, Brian served as Senior Director of Sales, Marketing, and Client Solutions at World Education Services, where he helped lead key initiatives in digital transformation, customer experience, and market expansion across the U.S. and Canada. Working closely with cross-border teams in North America and South Asia, he brought a global perspective to strategy and execution—bridging markets, cultures, and customer insights to create scalable growth models. His leadership contributed to more than $44 million in new growth, over 150 % expansion in top-of-funnel reach, and the evolution of marketing and sales operations into a data-driven, customer-first engine.
Previously, Brian served as Chief Growth Officer and Interim CFO at the Marketing Science Institute and as Vice President of Integration Operations at the Advertising Research Foundation, where he led strategic planning, financial modeling, and post-merger integration. His work at the intersection of growth, finance, and operations enabled organizations to streamline costs, strengthen financial discipline, and align investments with long-term strategic value.
Through Silverbranch Praxis, Brian is building a boutique advisory firm that combines strategic precision with a global network of collaborators: specialists, analysts, and creative partners who extend the firm’s reach across disciplines and markets. Together, they help mission-driven organizations, founders, and growth-stage companies find clarity, strengthen their market position, and scale with purpose.
