GIVE THE GIFT OF A PERSONAL BRAND FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS | HELPING RECENT GRADUATES AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS BUILD AN AUTHENTIC DIGITAL PRESENCE
Your kids did everything right.
The door still hasn’t opened.
The degree completed, the internships hard won, the applications sent. Capable professionals are finding themselves in a shifting and complex market. Their resume says what they have earned, but their digital signal may decide what happens next. Many graduates and professionals aren’t taught to manage their professional digital presence with intention and purpose; doing so can open doors to new opportunities.

WHY EFFORT ALONE STOPPED WORKING
The market has shifted. The advice they were given did not.
They did the work. A degree used to be enough. It was supposed to open doors. Hiring used to reward volume: more applications, more reach.
The world is changing. Recent graduates now face higher unemployment than the workforce overall. AI has added systemic noise to how people apply and how they get screened.
9 in 10 Parents Want Their Kids Financially Independent
Nearly all parents rank financial independence and meaningful work among their top hopes for their adult children.
>41% of Recent Graduates are Underemployed
And recent graduates now face higher unemployment (5.6%) than the workforce overall, eroding the advantage a degree used to carry.

Parents Spend 2x More on Adult Kids’ Expenses vs Retirement
Working parents who support adult children put more than twice as much toward their kids’ monthly expenses as into their own retirement.
AI Stands on Both Sides of the Door
AI is reshaping entry-level roles grads aim for, and it’s increasingly used as a screening tool for the applications they submit.
SERVICES | WAYS TO ENGAGE
Three ways to help. From a free session to a guided program built around your kid.
“My key takeaway was that you do not need to be perfect to be authentic. Your online presence should simply reflect who you are in real life. The more I align with my true self, the easier it will be to show up with confidence and consistency.“
MBA, Clark University – Dean Scholar ’25
“Brian’s Authentic Presence workshop provided a clear and practical framework for building a strong personal brand. His insights on aligning your narrative with your professional goals were especially valuable. I would recommend his work to anyone looking to communicate their value with clarity and confidence.“
Masters in Marketing Analytics, Clark University ’26
“The most powerful moment was working on a leadership signal statement. It invited me to reflect on my values, to check if my tone matches my truth. I found the courage to speak openly about the work that matters to me, and I did not hold back. Soon after, I noticed more recruiters visiting my profile. One day later, I received a message from a staffing agency offering me an internship.“

WHO WOULD WORK WITH YOU
Built and led by Brian A. Kostantin, founder of Silverbranch Praxis, the Silverbranch Authentic Presence framework brings together nearly two decades of experience across marketing, sales, finance, operations, customer experience, and growth strategy.
But this work is not only professional for Brian. It is personal.
As a father of three young adults, Brian is seeing first-hand how quickly the landscape is changing for students and early-career professionals. Resumes still matter. Grades still matter. Skills still matter. But today, young people also need to understand how they are seen, found, evaluated, and trusted across digital and professional spaces, including environments increasingly shaped by AI.
That is why he developed Silverbranch Authentic Presence: a practical framework that helps young people build a clearer, more credible signal around who they are, how they think, what they value, and where they are trying to go.
The framework has been developed and delivered across corporate, university, and individual settings, and is now being adapted specifically for parents who want to help their kids move into the next stage of life with more confidence and intentionality.
Personal Brand for Young Professionals: FAQ
Who is SBX Authentic Presence for?
This is built for students and early career professionals, usually between 19 and 34, who are moving toward financial independence and starting to be evaluated by the signal they put into the world. SBX Authentic Presence is a personal branding system that helps your child build a presence that is clear, credible, and easy for the right people to find and trust, in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
How much time does this take?
It depends on the path your child takes. On the self-paced Solo path, they work through the framework one pillar at a time, with each pillar running about 45 to 60 minutes each. The guided Spark path includes a focused 90-minute 1:1 workshop, where we discuss and review the worksheets and outputs, followed by a 30-minute review session shortly after. The work is built to fit around school, a job, or a job search.
What if my child doesn’t know what they want yet?
We use an entrepreneurial approach: build, measure, learn, iterate. Your child does not need a finished plan to begin. We help them put the foundational pieces of their personal brand in place, then refine from there. A personal brand is not fixed. It should grow and change as they do.
How is this different from a college counselor or career coach?
A career coach helps your child decide what to do next. SBX Authentic Presence does something different: we build the digital signal your kid is sending, and shape how the people who matter interpret it. The focus is an authentic personal brand and digital presence, the systems, content, and insight that help your child stand out in a noisy market. We do not do career coaching and we do not choose the path. We make sure that once your child picks a direction, the right people can see it, trust it, and find it.
Is this for me or my child?
Either. You can purchase a service level as a gift for your child, who does the work and keeps the results. The depth of that work scales with the level you choose. And if you want to go through the framework yourself, you can buy a level for you as well.
What is the difference between SBX Solo and SBX Spark?
Solo is the independent, self-paced path through the SBX Authentic Presence Framework, built for someone who prefers to work on their own. Spark is a guided 90-minute 1:1 workshop where the work happens alongside Brian. Soon after the Spark session, your child receives an SBX Action Brief.
What is the SBX Action Brief?
The SBX Action Brief is the written takeaway from the workshop. It captures your child’s Leadership Signal Statement, Stakeholder Signal Map, and Content Theme Spine, and lays out a next-step action plan that is reviewed during a 30-minute follow-up session.
Why pay for SBX Spark when there is free advice everywhere.
Generic advice sells confidence. SBX Spark builds something specific: concrete work products grounded in your child’s own experience, values, and goals, ready to use right away. If you want to try the approach first, the SBX Authentic Presence Lab is a free monthly session and a good place to start.
